Keep virtual meetings on track with the Time Timer Desktop App. Below are the instructions on how to use the desktop app while leading a virtual meeting on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. Don't see the platform you use? Email support@timetimer.com for more help.
How to use with Microsoft Teams:
- Open Time Timer App
- Go to settings (Gear Icon in upper left hand corner) and make sure “always on top” mode is selected
- Join a meeting, and select share screen
- Select DESKTOP to show your desktop with the app or WINDOW to just show the timer app only
How to use with ZOOM:
- Open Time Timer App
- Go to settings (Gear Icon in upper left hand corner) and make sure “always on top” mode is selected
- Open or Join a Zoom meeting, and select share screen
- Select DESKTOP to show your desktop with the app or WINDOW to just show the timer app only
How to use with GOOGLE MEET:
- Open Time Timer App
- Go to settings (Gear Icon in upper left hand corner) and make sure “always on top” mode is selected
- Open a Google meet, and select Present Now
- Select ENTIRE SCREEN to show your desktop with the app or WINDOW to just show the timer app only
