- All purchases made through Amazon.com (US) fall under Amazon’s refund and return policies. You can start this process through your Amazon account.
- If your issue is not resolved or the Amazon warranty process has expired, please fill out our REPLACEMENT REQUEST FORM and we will be happy to process your request. Please include your Amazon receipt if available. All Time Timer products include a one-year warranty (from the date of purchase) for replacement only.

- Need your replacement timer sent outside the United States? You’ll be required to pay a flat $20 fee in U.S. dollars to cover shipping costs. In addition, you’ll be responsible for paying all duties and taxes.
