Did you purchase from Amazon?
- All purchases made through Amazon.com (US) fall under Amazon’s refund and return policies. You can start this process through your Amazon account.
- If your issue is not resolved or the Amazon warranty process has expired, please contact Time Timer at AMZsupport@timetimer.com for assistance. All Time Timer products include a one-year warranty (from the date of purchase) for replacement only.
- Need your replacement timer sent outside the United States? You’ll be required to pay a flat $20 fee in U.S. dollars to cover shipping costs. In addition, you’ll be responsible for paying all duties and taxes.
