1. INSTALL AA BATTERIES The battery cover is located on the back of your Time Timer® PLUS. If your Time Timer® PLUS has a screw on the battery compartment, you'll need a mini Phillips head screwdriver to open and close the battery compartment. Otherwise, simply open battery cover down to insert batteries into compartment. If you still need help, please review how to replace the batteries in your Time Timer® PLUS. *If your PLUS model has a Play/Pause button, you will need 2 AA batteries, all previous models require only 1 AA battery. |

2. CHOOSE YOUR SOUND PREFERENCE The timer itself is quiet – no distracting ticking sound – but you can choose whether or not to have an alert sound when time has elapsed and the volume of the alert. Simply use the volume control dial on the back of the timer to control audio alerts. |
3. SET YOUR TIMER Turn the center knob on the front of the Time Timer® PLUS counter-clockwise until you reach your chosen amount of time. Immediately, the timer will begin to countdown.
*If your model has a Play/Pause button, make sure the button is engaged and flush with the unit. If the Pause feature is enabled, your Time Timer® PLUS will not begin to countdown until the Play button is engaged and flush with your unit. |

4. PAUSE YOUR TIMER* If your Time Timer® PLUS has a Play/Pause button, simply push the Play/Pause button on the front of your timer to either play or pause your Time Timer® PLUS. The orange ring around the Play/Pause button will be visible when the countdown is paused. When the button is flush with the unit and no orange is visible, the timer is counting down.
*Previous models of the Time Timer® PLUS do not have a Play/Pause button and will immediately countdown once set. |
